Capital City Flower Program

The Capital City Flower Program adds to the beauty of Saint Paul's streetscapes. Capital City Partnership established the flower program in 1999 in partnership with the City of Saint Paul to beautify the streetscapes of downtown and add charm and elegance to the community. Each spring and summer, watch for over 250 cascading flower baskets to line the streets, along with other garden projects that are a part of the larger Blooming Saint Paul beautification program.
